Excuses

So.  The 30 Day Shred.  Not happening today.

I know, I know.  I said no excuses but this is a crazy week for me at work with my co-worker being gone and one of our students just left and well, I don't handle change well, okay?

The plan is to start it on Friday which is my day off and take it from there.  I would really like to still be alive when I go see Alice in Wonderland on Saturday.
